When time is short and nerves are frayed, what's the reset button? Is there one?
- I play Disco Bees for 10 minutes
- I walk outside for 10 minutes
- I write my mom a note
- I surf a shoe site
None of this is a conscious 'reset' choice though. Probably we need to all have a ready answer?
